Our Story
Al Baraka Bank is one of the pioneers of Islamic banking in
Egypt, offering a wide range of services and financial products to all its
clients. The bank was awarded by Global Business Outlook Magazine “GBO” the
Fastest Growing Islamic Bank in 2022, as well as being listed in Forbes' list
of Egypt’s Top 50 Companies in 2022 & 2023.
Al Baraka Bank has been operating in Egypt for almost 40
years; and it currently has a network of 43 branches covering Cairo,
Alexandria, and Delta, the Bank aims to have a geographical expansion by
increasing the number of branches in most governorates of the Republic by the
end of 2025.
The bank offers retail, corporate, treasury, and investment
banking services that are applied in accordance with the principles of the
Islamic “Sharia”, as well as all the bank’s operations and its transactions are
audited by an independent “Sharia” supervisory Board. The Bank provides direct
financing to companies and institutions that enjoy high creditworthiness and
participates in the syndicated loans of economically feasible large projects
that provide large employment opportunities
Al Baraka Bank Egypt is developing a new 3-year strategy
plan that aspires to strengthen its activity in the Egyptian banking market.
The Bank has begun to implement a comprehensive restructuring plan that
includes the development of the infrastructure, engineering, and technology to
keep pace with the latest banking systems and strengthen the portfolio of
services and products to keep pace with technological and digital development
transformation
Al Baraka Bank Egypt is one of the banking subsidiaries of
Al Baraka Group B.S.C (c) that takes Bahrain as its headquarters. The Group has
a wide geographical presence in the form of subsidiary banking units and
representative offices in 3 continents (13 countries), which in turn provide
their services in more than over 600 branches. The headquarters of the group is
located in Bahrain. Al Baraka Group B.S.C (c) has operations in Jordan, Egypt,
Tunis, Bahrain, Sudan, Turkey, South Africa, Algeria, Pakistan, Lebanon and
Syria, in addition to two branches in Iraq and a representative office in

Banking Services Representative (Customer service & Teller) - Staff
Job Requirements
Assist bank customers in banking-related activities through
understanding the customers’ needs and promote bank services and products.
Carry out the Account opening/closing ensuring that all
customers sign regulatory forms & uploading customers signatures on the
system and ensuring all Central Bank of Egypt and other regulatory controls.
Qualifications & Skills
University degree.
Knowledge of the Banking Services & Products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
0-2 years of experience
Passing of the bank’s formal entry tests and panels for this
position
