entire shareholding in Barclays Bank Egypt S.A.E. to Attijariwafa bank group.
On November 3rd 2017, the bank has been registered as Attijariwafa bank Egypt
S.A.E. and is currently operating under the new trademark and logo.
Attijariwafa bank is a leading banking and financial Group
in North, Western and Central Africa. In addition to its banking activity, the
Group provides a wide range of financial services through several subsidiaries:
insurance, mortgage, consumer credit, fast transfers, leasing, factoring, stock
brokerage, asset management, M&A and market advisory, etc.

About the job
Job Purpose:
We are Looking for ambitious & analytical Compensation
and Benefis supervisor to join our HR team playing a key role in implementing
our Rewards & OD strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of compensation
and benefits programs.
Prepare and analyze data for salary reviews, bonus cycles,
and internal benchmarking.
Support payroll processes in coordination with finance and
external vendors.
Manage employee data accuracy in HR systems and ensure
compliance with internal controls.
Contribute to the design of HR operational procedures
(workflows, audit trails, controls).
Participate in job evaluation exercises and maintain job
architecture tools.
Support HR reporting and dashboards (e.g., headcount, cost,
turnover).
Assist in compensation surveys and market intelligence
gathering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance,
or related field.
1–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
High attention to detail, with a proactive and
solution-driven mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with local labor laws and compensation
regulations is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work
collaboratively
Good Stakeholder Mangement.
HR Certificates (SHRM,PHR.....etc) is a plus
